A few cards to start with. The whole deck is on the menu.
The name is the menu
Las Fronteras means “the borders,” and the menu crosses one: Mexican and Salvadoran cooking under one roof. Birria shows up as a taco, a plate, a ramen and even a pizza. There are pupusas, sopes and pozole, and tamales in both styles.
Every dish has its own lotería card, and every card has a description of what comes in it. Pick one, or point at a few.
